"I am writing this letter to note that I have been a satisfied customer with Storage America for the past 7 years. During those 7 years I have received professional and courteous service from the management staff, Rhonda Hiltz and Rebecca Kryla, as well as the operation staff.

The facility has always been clean and secure. I have occasions to go to my unit either on weekends or sometimes at night. During those off hours I have always felt safe and never threatened. Any questions I may have, have always been dealt with in a timely and pleasant manner.
